We are in Cervarezza, a small village in the middle of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine National Park, 1,000 meters above sea level in the hearth of Emilia Romagna.
We specialize in traditional Emilian dishes, with our own distinctive character. We put our hearts into our work. We are committed to making the best and most authentic tortelli (ravioli).
Expert hands fold, shape, and feel thicknesses and consistencies, cut, trim, and assess whether the food is cooked to perfection. Each and every tortello is prepared by hand with the utmost care using only the best raw quality materials.
Our dishes taste homemade because it is important to us to deliver the same quality that we would present to our own families. We try out the recipes, find the best ingredients, and cook just as you would at home: by hand.
